By accessing or using www.myplann.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
MyPlann is a household emergency preparedness platform. The Site currently serves as a pre-launch informational page where you can learn about the product, join an early access list, and submit feedback. We have not yet launched the full application.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not submit false information through our forms, use automated tools to scrape or spam the Site, attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access, or interfere with the Site's operation or other users' experience.
The Site does not currently require an account. When the full MyPlann application launches, additional terms governing account creation, data storage, and usage will apply. Those terms will be presented to you before you create an account.
All content on this Site — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by MyPlann and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
When you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content through our forms, you grant MyPlann a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that content to improve our product and services. We won't publicly share your feedback with your name or email attached without your permission.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MyPlann provides general information about emergency preparedness. We are not emergency management professionals, and our content should not be treated as professional advice. You are responsible for your own preparedness decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPlann and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which, at this stage, is nothing).
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The Site may contain links to external websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
We reserve the right to block access to the Site for anyone who violates these terms or uses the Site in a way that could harm MyPlann or other users.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
